If you’ve been listening to me for a while, you know I bang on about my pretty hardcore morning routine. Well I am embarrassed to inform you that two weeks ago I allowed my routine to be interrupted.
I had a couple of days where I didn’t get up and 5.00am and meditated/yoga/wim hof/press up/cold shower….and that was enough to completely stop me.
So in this episode I share my thoughts and feelings on that and what I have learnt about myself from the experience. I also outline how I am going to get back on that particular horse.
