I am currently developing my Positive Intelligence Quotient by working through Shirzad Chamine’s excellent coaching programme. Part of that is the development of the self-command muscles through something Shirzad calls PQ reps.
The training and coaching this week is about developing PQ muscles and create a habit of doing frequent “PQ reps”. In todays episode I share my experiences of the development of this habit.
I share some principles of habit formulation and describe the options of have to make these new behaviours permanent and long term.
