In This Episode…

Yesterday I defined what was my minimum viable behaviour (MVB) for consuming the subscription content I have invested in.  

It consisted of listening to the podcast when doing my daily walk to accumulate my steps.  And it consisted of scanning through the pdf newsletter whilst eating my meals.

Today was the first day of trying that approach out and I learnt a lot from just one day of trying out my new MVB.

Once again I proved the power of Implementation Intention when setting up your new behaviour goals but…..

….there were a few things I didn’t anticipate and as a result I’ve got to make some subtle shifts.
