In This Episode…

I am on day 3 of my drive to finish work at 7.00pm on a week day.  

In this episode I report on how close I was to achieving that last night and what I did instead of being glued to my MacBook Pro like I used to be before going to bed.  

I give a quick update on how the Positive Intelligence work I am doing on myself addresses procrastination and share the lessons I’ve learned today about getting more done in my afternoons.
