Hi, and welcome to today’s episode of the profit productivity podcast. It’s your host, Michael tipper. Who else would it be Now Yesterday, I spent some time focusing on going through my own productivity improvement, operating system and getting very clear on what a clear direction looks like for me having better meeting behaviors. And that time was a good investment because it allowed me to get real good clarity on what I want to do and where I need to go. So today has been a day without meetings and what’s happened is it’s been a classic case of out of sight out of mind, because I have been focusing on number activity today that didn’t involve meetings. Now I did have two interactions, live interactions with people. They weren’t meetings. One was a Q and a recording, where we were going to record some questions and answers to follow up from a masterclass I’ve done recently.

And then the next one was going to be a coaching call, but unfortunately they got called away on an urgent meeting. And so they had to postpone. But what has come out of date out of today has been the need for a meeting and that’s going to happen at some point tomorrow afternoon. And so what I’m going to do is I’m going to apply these new structures, this new approach to setting that meeting up for success based on what I’ve been doing. Now, when that meeting is confirmed, I should get that confirmation either shortly, because I’m just recording this toward the end of my working day, or I’m going to get it first thing in the morning. But when I do, I will take the system I’ve already developed and I’ll use that to set up the meeting. And what I’ll do tomorrow is I’ll let you know how it goes. So that stays episode until tomorrow.
