So what can you do ahead of time to get ready for my session.
I’d like you to track everything you do from the moment you get up in the morning to the moment you go to sleep at night for 5 consecutive working days and bring that data with you to use in the session.
You only need to take a snapshot every 30 minutes and below this video you’ll find more detailed instructions and a resource to help you capture that data.
The rest of the pre-work is much simpler and just consists of capturing the answers to these four simple questions:
- What 3 productivity habits or behaviours do you feel are most responsible for your current level of output in your present role?
- What good productivity habits or behaviours are you aware of, that you might have used in the past, that you are not using right now, for whatever reason?
- What most inspires you about the productivity of the people in your organisation?
- What most frustrates you about the productivity of the people in your organisation?
These questions are also contained in the resources below and the answers will help inform the session on the day.
